Resilience Lab is a project from Off the Record all about engaging with children and young people about emotional literacy, self-care techniques and ways to manage adversity.

This webinar will discuss the theory and practice of Resilience Lab with practical tips on strengthening your own resilience as well as supporting young people you work with.
