We are running some Change Webinars for all staff in scope of the review. These sessions will provide space for staff to think about change, what it means for us and how we react. We will look at building resilience, promoting wellbeing and positive mental health.
Learning outcomes
The workshop covers feelings attached to change and emotional responses, the change curve and natural reactions we may experience, helpful mind-sets and coping strategies, resilience and further tools, support and reading.
