Event description
This half day session is designed for all users of AIS that are required to input/add/amend data.  It is a pre-requisite that the e-learning module is passed prior to booking onto this session

You must have completed the AIS e-learning prior to attending this session but apart from this no preparation is required.

There will be computers or laptops available for you to use in the training room so there is no need to bring your own laptop with you.
This event will be held in the ICT Training Room (F38) on the First Floor at the Kingwood Civic Centre which is accessible by both stairs and lift and there is an accessible toilet on the same floor as the training room.

If you have any other accessibility needs for example printed handouts in a certain sized font or on coloured paper please contact CAHSupportDesk@southglos.gov.uk in advance so that the materials can be made available for you to use.

Refreshments are not provided but can be purchased at the onsite café. Please bring a travel mug with you for hot drinks.

Parking
If you have been issued with a South Glos building entry pass you can arrange to be given access to the car park at the Civic Centre for the times of your training. Make sure that your training is in your outlook calendar and send an email to staffcarparking@southglos.gov.uk at least 24 hours prior to your training, giving your vehicle registration and the details of the training you are attending.
