Event description

This management development programme is for managers and aspiring managers from South Gloucestershire Council, neighbouring Local Authorities, and other organisations operating in the area. It provides an opportunity to reflect on your experience and working practices and is equally suitable for new managers making the transition from staff member to manager, existing managers who wish to build on their experience and aspiring managers who are preparing to make their first step into a management role. This blended online programme will be delivered as a series 6.5 days over a seven month period supported with 10 hours of self-directed learning. It will be delivered through a blended solution including online training, psychometric assessment, 360 review, action learning sets, individual coaching, individual reflection, skills practice and e-learning. The facilitators are Emma Ford (01454 864447), Deb Parsons (01454 868273) and Sharon Johnson (01454 863089).
