Event description
This half day course is aimed at people working in a variety of settings and will provide information and greater understanding about anxiety and depression, including how these link to loneliness and isolation for people. The course will incorporate a number of evidence-based strategies and raise delegates' awareness about services that can help promote wellbeing. The standard charge for this course is £40. Learning outcomes
- Gain information about the Five Ways to Wellbeing.
- Recognise and understand anxiety and depression, and the factors that are commonly involved in these.
- Find out more about evidenced based strategies and self-help resourses that can promote wellbeing and reduce anxiety and depression.
- Know how individuals can access treatments and local services.
